This 2014 blend is made from 50% Cabernet sauvignon and 50% Petit verdot. 

Tasting Notes

Aromas of blackberry and blueberry lead into a palate of fig and dried red cherry with hints of carmel in the lingering finish.  

Recommended Pairings

This full-bodied wine enhances the flavors found in wood fired pizza, pork spare ribs, or blue cheese.
