This 2019 wine was pulled from the main production of free run juice from Traminette Reserve that then underwent a wild fermentation.

Tasting Notes

This wine opens with aromas of green tea, honeydew melon and white pepper. flavors of crisp green apples and lychee fruit with a distinct wildflower honey. A well-defined acidic backbone structure and a lingering finish.

Pair with risotto, fried shellfish, or Thai green chicken curry.
