This 2019 rosé was produced using a 6-hour maceration or skin contact to extract color and aromas from the Malbec skins. This wine was then aged in stainless steel and underwent malolactic fermentation to extend the palate
Aromas of strawberry and watermelon candy compliment the beautiful lavender and wild strawberry flavors. This wine finishes with notes of roasted red pepper and spices and medium acidity.
Pair with tomatoes and feta salad, Greek gyros, or blackberry sorbet.
