This 2019 wine was left on skins for an extended period to extract fruit and spice characteristics. Aged in stainless steel for 9 months and bottled fresh under screw cap.
This wine opens with aromas of green tea, honeydew melon and white pepper. flavors of crisp green apples and lychee fruit with a distinct wildflower honey. A well-defined acidic backbone structure and a lingering finish.
Pair with chicken curry madras style, Munster, or pork with sweet and sour sauce.
